Ask Us Anything

Families are welcome every day from 10 AM to 5 PM. We encourage regular visits — they make a real difference in your loved one's emotional wellbeing. Extended hours and special visit arrangements can be made with advance notice.

We prepare three home-cooked meals daily plus snacks. All dietary restrictions — diabetic, low-sodium, texture-modified — are accommodated. We also honor cultural food preferences and personal favorites where possible.

All medications are managed under Dr. Stayman's direct supervision. Our trained staff administers medications on schedule, with detailed logs maintained. Families receive updates when any changes are made.

Yes, full laundry and linen service is included. Personal clothing is washed, folded, and returned to each resident's room. We label all clothing to prevent mix-ups. Bedding is changed on a regular schedule.

We have 24/7 on-site supervision. In an emergency, staff immediately contacts emergency services and the resident's designated family member. Dr. Stayman is available by phone around the clock and coordinates with hospital care teams directly.

Monthly rates cover accommodation, all meals, personal care, medication management, housekeeping, laundry, and activities. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Contact us for a personalized quote based on your loved one's specific care needs.

Stayman Estates is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including holidays. There is always a qualified caregiver on-site. We never close, because the needs of our residents don't follow a schedule.

Our facility is licensed for residents age 60 and over. We accept both ambulatory and non-ambulatory individuals. We offer private and semi-private furnished rooms and accommodate a maximum of 6 residents to ensure truly personal, attentive care.
